Greetings to those Members who have just joined our online community. We’d like to remind you to set one of your photos on your profile to ‘Main’. This step can be done at any time AFTER your photos have been uploaded and approved. The ‘Main’ photo is the nice one of you (just you), that appears on the search result pages and ' Who’s Online'.
Valerie requests I ask you to visit the chat room more, we seem to be short of a few females in there so get on board and remember, it’s completely FREE to contact anyone at anytime!

Chat Room Help
Be sure to check the HELP at the top right of the Chat Room. Did you know you can change your chat text font and colour, chat privately, create individual Chat Rooms and even BLOCK undesired Members? Give it a quick read and get up to speed!

Profile Images
Research within the online dating industry has highlighted that having a photo is the main reason for members wanting to make contact with another member (according to 71% of research participants; Nielsen/NetRatings research). If you’re shy or want to be discrete, simply upload your image and mark it ‘Private Gallery’. Only Members that you grant specific access can view your ‘Private Gallery’ image(s).

Your Profile Text
If you’re depressed, fed-up, lonely, frustrated, or just out of a relationship, you may want to wait until you’re in a better mental state before you go online. If you can stay upbeat and have fun writing your profile, people are more likely to have fun reading it too.

Message Management
Instead of deleting old messages, you also now have the option to create and name Folders and then move messages to that Folder. This keeps your Mailbox clean and up to date and it’s an easy way to view the history of your correspondence with that particular Member. You’ll find the Folder function in your Mailbox at the right, above your messages. Once you’ve created a Folder, a new Folder Management sub-section will appear in the main menu on the left.

Online Dating Tips for Men
Do not allow yourself to become discouraged. Considering that women receive from 50 to 200 responses on average, she simply does not have the time to respond to all and if she does, it will take time for you to hear back to your inquiry. Therefore, be patient with the process.
